Use slip type inflatable shaft.

It is mainly used for the reel of the cutting machine, and it is also used to release the reel on special occasions. The purpose is to make use of the slip principle of each slip ring on the slip shaft to make multiple reel materials on the shaft always keep constant tension. Its main use is to manipulate the tension adjustment of the material in the winding process, which greatly improves the yield and reduces the production cost by keeping the proper tension of all the rolls during the operation of the reel.

 

Each of the upper and lower reel has a 7.5KW servo motor to drive the inflatable shaft, and the winding tension is automatically controlled by SMC according to the current coil diameter, so that there is no material thickness factor when cutting multiple strips, the end faces of all reels are smooth, and the leveling of the disk surface is freely switched and selected by the pneumatic pressure roller and the self-weight roller. The tightness of the inner and outer layers of the finished coil can be controlled, that is, the spiral winding mode. With the continuous increase of the winding diameter, the speed of the PLC automatic control winding servo motor decreases and greatly extends.

When rewinding is needed, the whole axis tension (full air pressure without slip) and winding servo motor can also be selected in the touch screen as the torque control mode
